My name is Matt Owen, and from 2012 to 2024 I served as your City Councilman At-Large in the City of Jeffersonville. A lot has changed since 2012. And though I have not held public office for some time now, I am still encouraged by the opportunities that lie ahead for our hometown.

As for me, I have been spending these last few years focusing better on what's right in front of me: my family, my professional life, and even new ways to give back to a community which has given me so much.

One thing that hasn't changed is my appreciation for the opportunity to serve. I decided this former campaign page is a great place to highlight all we accomplished, and still be accessible for opportunities to engage in the future.

Following twelve years in elected office, I remain committed to supporting public safety, economic development, responsible local government, and the communities of Southern Indiana.
